Eagle Township, Clinton County Board Meeting Synopsis

September 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm –   Present: Clerk Briggs-Dudley, Treasurer C. Hoppes, Trustee Currie, Trustee M. Hoppes and 5 citizens.   Absent: Supervisor Stroud

Board Actions:

• Approved Trustee Currie to lead the meeting.
• Approved the sale of old metal hall cabinet.
• Approved payment of September 2025 bills.
• Approved forwarding two enforcement complaints to attorneys at Foster Swift.
• Approved signing revised City of Portland Recreational Services Agreement.
• Approved replacement of support posts in the basement.
• Approved draft audit for FY 24-25 and signing of Audit Representation Letter.
• Approved ZBA members to attend ZBA Online Certificate training.
• Approved clerk to sign documents for advisor change for Nationwide account.
