Lansing native and basketball legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson Jr. will be the guest of honor at Union Missionary Baptist Church’s annual Law Enforcement and Community Car and Truck Show, which was established in honor of his late father, Earvin Johnson Sr.

Attendees can expect to see a huge lineup of vintage cars, trucks and motorcycles. There will also be a variety of food options and vendors, live music, a bounce house, games, face painting and prizes. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Michigan chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors, Santa’s First Responders and the Lansing First Responders Foundation.

The day will wrap up with a free family movie in the park at 8:45 p.m., followed by a fireworks show. Admission is free for spectators, with a $25 fee to register a car or truck.
