NOTICE OF HEARING
To: Estate of Larry Belt, Timothy Hart, Estate of Mark T. Seman, Susan K. Olson, and all persons having an interest in the subject properties listed in Exhibit A
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition of Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority for Expedited Quiet Title and Foreclosure of Certain Parcels of Real Property shall be held before the Honorable Rosemarie E. Aquilina, Ingham County Circuit Judge, at the Veterans Memorial Courthouse, 313 W. Kalamazoo St., Lansing, MI 48933, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
This Notice pertains to the real property located in the City of Lansing, County of Ingham, State of Michigan, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Notice of Pending Expedited Quiet Title and Foreclosure Action (Form 4329) for each of the subject properties was recorded with the Ingham County Register of Deeds on September 4, 2026.
Judgment of the Court after this hearing may result in title to the property vesting in the Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority, 3024 N. Turner St., Lansing, MI 48906 – Telephone (517) 267-5221.
Any persons with information regarding the owner or prior owner of the subject properties are requested to contact the Land Bank.
Any rights of redemption and any ownership interest in the subject properties may be extinguished by the judgment of the Court.
Any person with a property interest in the subject properties may lose his or her interest, if any, as a result of the quiet title and foreclosure hearing.
THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE INGHAM COUNTY LAND BANK FAST TRACK AUTHORITY AND IS SUBJECT TO AN EXPEDITED QUIET TITLE AND FORECLOSURE ACTION.
