Pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), the
Williamstown Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on
Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Township Hall, 4990 Zimmer Road,
Williamston, Michigan 48895.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on amendments to Section 4.01, subsection (F)(1)(c), of theZoning Ordinance, which regulates where recreational vehicles may be parked on residentially used property. The proposed amendments, if adopted, would limit the applicability of the regulations to only residential subdivisions and site condominiums.
Furthermore, the amendments would clarify the required setbacks for recreational vehicles on corner lots.
A complete copy of the proposed amendments may be examined at the Township Hall during regular business hours, Tuesday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Interestedpersons are invited to attend the public hearing or submit written comments to the Planning Commission at the address noted above.
