Schor draws 4 Lansing primary challengers; 14 seek Council positions

Here are the candidates who filed to run in the Aug. 5 city of Lansing primary election for mayor, clerk and the City Council. The filing deadline was 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Note that in races with fewer than three candidates, the candidates will not appear on the primary ballot. Instead, voters will decide those races in November’s General Election. An asterisk after the address indicates the information is based on beenverified.com since those candidates listed Post Office box numbers. The City Clerk’s Office said that it has verified that all candidates are city residents. Efforts to obtain photos of some candidates were unsuccessful.

 

Mayor
