Theoretical Tech opens building in downtown

Elias Ferreyra, an energetic social media promoter, is opening a brick-and-mortar business in downtown Lansing with a ribbon-cutting this week.

The building is right beside The Peanut Shop, one of Ferreyra’s long-time clients.

Ferreyra is known for enthusiastic social media antics and unpredictable promotions but with a thick roster of clients, he may be one of the hardest-working one-man promo shops in town (for pizzas alone and just in the last week he’s posted for Toarmina’s, Tony M’s Restaurant and Sir Pizza’s Old Town Pub).

Ferreyra said he’s going to be bringing fried chicken from Eastside Fish Fry, a client, to his grand opening for people to enjoy.

He said he’ll be offering tips for people who show up, from web security to social media, as a way to give back to the community.
