The Williamstown Township Board held a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 with Supervisor Poth, Clerk Cleveland, Treasurer VanErp, Trustee Brinker, Trustee Creagh, and Trustee Steinberg present. The Board approved the following:

• Consent Agenda
• Farmland Preservation Application for Hamlin Farms
• Adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2026-2031
• Adoption of a Parks & Recreation Master Plan with Resolution #105a-2025
• Reappointment of Donna Tocarchick to the Planning Commission with term expiring in September 2028

A Strategic Planning meeting will be held on January 7, 2026 at 5:30 pm. in the Community Room of the Township Hall, 4990 Zimmer Rd., Williamston and the next regular Board meeting will be at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
