The Williamstown Township Board held a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 with Supervisor Poth, Clerk Cleveland, Treasurer VanErp, Trustee Brinker, Trustee Creagh, Trustee Duffy, and Trustee Steinberg present. The Board approved the following:

• Consent Agenda & July 30, 2025 minutes
• Red Cedar Bend Apartments Planned Development, without PILOT, at 2365 Grand River Ave., Williamston
• Donation & Sponsorship Policy
• To allow distribution of the draft Master Plan to contiguous communities
• Resolution #138-2025 to reserve the right to approve or reject the Master Plan
• Park User (sports teams) Fee Schedule
