Friday evening, local theater buffs will have an opportunity to hear the story of Lansing’s Riverwalk Theatre through the experience of Greater Lansing Ubiquitous Theatre’s Jane Shipley Zussman.

The original show, conceptualized by Zussman, is a retrospective of her life on stage and the history of the Community Circle Players at Riverwalk. With musical accompaniment by Edric Haleen and special guests Stan Gill and Dan Pappas, attendees will hear stories about the theater’s origins and growth from those who were there “way back when.”

The event will kick off with a word from the directors about Riverwalk’s upcoming season and vocal performances of selected songs from the musicals. Tickets, without fees, are $27 for adults; $21 for seniors, students and military personnel; and $16 for children under 12.
