WILLIAMSTOWN TOWNSHIP Board Meeting Synopsis – August 12, 2026
The Williamstown Township Board held a regular Board Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 with Supervisor Poth, Clerk Cleveland, Treasurer VanErp, Trustee Brinker, Trustee Creagh, Trustee Duffy, and Trustee Steinberg present. The Board approved the following:
- Consent Agenda
- Approved Resolution #141-2026 opposing ITC high-voltage powerlines in the Township.
- Zoning revision (correction) of Article 8.02 – Keeping of Farm Animals on Non-Farm Parcels.
- Purchase of ground penetrating radar services for Foote Cemetery from Legacy Mark, up to $6879.00.
- Policy 12 Fund Balance to update minimum fund balance.
- Policy 16 Purchasing Policy additions related to tax exemption reimbursements.
- Deer Management program for the Township.
- Extended hobby rocket launch special use for Trevor Stratton to 7-26-27.
