Ordinance 2026-01

The Township Board at its regular meeting on May 7, 2026 approved for final adoption Ordinance 2026-01, a request to rezone approximately 69.08 acres of vacant land at the end of  Hannah Boulevard and Eyde Parkway, PO, Professional Office, and RAA, One-Family, Low Density Residential, to RD, Multiple Family Residential up to 8 Dwelling Units per Acre, Subject to a Conditional Rezoning Agreement limiting the development on the site. The parcel identification numbers for the parcels to be rezoned are #33-02-02-20-401-005 and #33-02-02-20-327-006.

Materials related to the rezoning request may be examined at the Department of Community Planning and Development, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (517.853.4560) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
