LEGAL NOTICE

Ordinance 2026-02

The Township Board at its regular meeting on May 7, 2026 approved for final adoption Ordinance 2026-02, a request to rezone approximately 0.44 acres of land at 2936 Jolly Road from C-1, Commercial, to RB, One-Family, High Density Residential. The parcel identification number for the parcel to be rezoned is #33-02-02-32-300-013.

Materials related to the rezoning request may be examined at the Department of Community Planning and Development, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (517.853.4560) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
