Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Charter Township of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Meridian Municipal Building, Town Hall Room, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, MI, 48864 (phone 517.853.4560) to hear all persons interested in an appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals from a decision made by the Community Planning and Development Director, filed by ShopTown, LLC. The applicant is requesting review of the Community Planning and Development Director’s decision that installation of a fence requires a Special Use Permit, given the buildings on the site exceed 25,000 square feet in size. The subject site is zoned C-2, Commercial.
