SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1349

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to amend Chapter 1460 of the Lansing Codified Ordinances by adding Section 1460.05 to establish a unified system of notices to be posted on properties that are in violation of this Chapter.

Effective date:   Tuesday, March 24, 2026
