City of East Lansing, Summary of Adopted Ordinance #1559, amending regulations for diverse housing

On September 8, 2026, the East Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of East Lansing, Michigan, to amend Chapter 50, Zoning, Article II, Division 3, titled “Special Use Permit”, of the code of the City of East Lansing, to amend section 50-94 by amending the regulations for diverse housing.
Effective date: Pursuant to Charter Section 6.3, Upon publication.
