CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF MERIDIAN LEGAL NOTICE Zoning Amendment #2025-06 (Rooster Regulations)

The Township Board at its regular meeting on August 19, 2025 approved for introduction and subsequent adoption Ordinance 2025-06, an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the charter Township of Meridian, Ingham County at to update the regulations regarding the keeping of roosters in the Township.

 

A complete copy of the amendment may be viewed at the Community Planning and Development office, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (phone 517-853-4560), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
