SUMMARY OF

ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1360

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to repeal Chapter 886 of the Lansing Codified Ordinances, Tax Exemptions for Multifamily Dwelling Projects, as the incentive and project described therein has expired and the Chapter is no longer needed.

Effective date:           Tuesday, August 11, 2026
