CITY OF EAST LANSING SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1564

On July 21, 2026, the East Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of East Lansing, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 50 – Zoning – of the code of the City of East Lansing, to rezone properties with Dewitt Township Zoning and to amend the Zoning Use District Map of Chapter 50 – Zoning – of the code of the City of East Lansing for such purposes.

Effective date: Pursuant to Charter Section 6.3,Upon publication
