SUMMARY OF

ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1363

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lansing by amending Section 266.01, remove Section 266.02, and renumber Section 266.03 in order to provide for an eight-member Arts and Culture Commission, in accordance with Section 5-103 of the Charter.

Effective date:           August 25, 2026
