Catch a variety of events this weekend throughout Greater Lansing.

Starting Friday there are two different sing-along options and plenty of live music too. Join local pop singer-songwriter Kanin Wren and the DeWitt Chamber Choir at Grewal Hall at 6:30 p.m. Friday for her inaugural Hometown Holiday Pop Show or visit the long-running Ten Pound Fiddle annual Holiday Sing, at 7:30 p.m. at University Lutheran Church. Both events prominently feature Christmas or holiday sing-alongs. Or join the Five Elements Dance & Drum group for intuitive movement in a sober environment, with drums or rattles welcome, they start at 6:30 p.m. at The Light House Chapel in Lansing. And don’t forget about Smokey Bear, live at Mash Bar in East Lansing at 9:30 p.m. And Two Dudes in Flip Flops bring you a beach party vibe in a snowy week, they’ll keep you warm from 7-10 p.m. at Summerlands Brewing Co. JP Peters plays live at the Peanut Barrel from 8-10 p.m.
