Board Meeting Synopsis – July 8, 2026 

The Williamstown Township Board held a regular Board Meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 with Supervisor Poth, Clerk Cleveland, Treasurer VanErp, Trustee Brinker, Trustee Creagh, and Trustee Steinberg present. The Board approved the following: 

• Consent Agenda 
• Revised Hall Rental Policy and updated Agreement to include the pavilion 
• Revised Planning & Zoning Fee Schedule 

In other business, the Board denied the Bappert property rezoning request and heard from residents regarding the revised map for the ITC High Voltage Power Line Routes.
