Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Charter Township of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Meridian Municipal Building, Town Hall Room, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, MI, 48864 (phone 517.853.4560) to hear all persons interested in a variance request from Karen Stilson. The applicant is proposing to create a lot that does not to meet the minimum lot area and minimum lot width requirements at 6227 W. Reynolds Road. The subject site is zoned RB, Single Family, & Lake Lansing Overlay.
