Zoning Amendment #2026-10 (Mass Timber in MUPUD and CPUD)

The Township Board at its regular meeting on September 15, 2026 approved for introduction and subsequent adoption Ordinance 2026-10, an Ordinance to add Mass Timber construc-tion as a possible amenity in the MUPUD and CPUD districts.
A complete copy of the amendment may be viewed at the Community Planning and Devel-opment office, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (phone 517-853-4560), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
