SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1366
Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to add Chapter 873, and Sections 873.01-873.11 to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lansing, to provide for licensing procedures and regulations for Virtual Currency Machines, to include requirements for Operators and Providers to give disclosures and warnings to Customers, to regulate Transactions with New Customers, and to set penalties for Operators and Providers who violate this ordinance.

Effective date: Janaury 1, 2027
