Grand Rapids developer Gary Granger wants the city of Lansing to reconsider his unsuccessful bid to develop a new city hall on the city of old Walter Neller Building at Grand Avenue and Allegan Street. When the city of Lansing opened up the bidding process for a new city hall project in March 2022, the Granger Group and Gentiloozi Real Estate proposed that the site of the Walter Neller Building, 122 S. Grand Ave., could be redeveloped for the purpose.
