Report Inappropriate Comments

I hear that loud, dangerous racing on MLK every night is a big citizen concern. I'm hearing that it happens like clockwork at 10pm. Seems that might make it easy to shut down. So is there a police campaign happening to stop that in the next few days? Or is there any official feedback specifically on plans or chances for stopping both very loud and very hazardous behavior in a small number of specific places?
