LEGAL NOTICE

Zoning Amendment #2023-02 (Recreational Marijuana Licensing Standards)

The Township Board at its regular meeting on June 20, 2023 approved for introduction and subsequent adoption Ordinance 2023-02, an Ordinance amending the code of the charter Township of Meridian, Ingham County to rename Chapter 40, repeal Article III of Chapter 40, and add Article IV to Chapter 40, to authorize and permit recreational marijuana establishments. 

A complete copy of the amendment may be viewed at the Community Planning and Development office, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (phone 517-853-4560), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
