At its regular meeting on Monday, 26 August 2024, the City Council adopted Ordinance #611, amending the Zoning District Map referred to in City Code Chapter 46 – Zoning, Article IV – Zoning Districts and Map, Section 46-94 – Zoning District Map, to conditionally rezone the property located at 5776 E. Saginaw Hwy. (parcel #030-013-200-040-00) and the large vacant parcel located immediately to the east (parcel #030-013-200-062-01) from AG Agriculture to R-HD Multiple Family Residential.
