NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
East Lansing Building Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given of the following public hearing to be held by the East Lansing Building Board of Appeals on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., East Lansing City Hall, 410 Abbot Road, Conference Room A, Second Floor, East Lansing, Michigan 48823:
2006 International Property Maintenance Code:
604.3 Where it is found that the electrical system in a structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants or the structure by reason of inadequate service, improper fusing, insufficient receptacle and lighting outlets, improper wiring or installation, deterioration or damage, or for similar reasons, the code official shall require the defects to be corrected to eliminate the hazard.

The City of East Lansing will provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as interpreters for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities upon request received by the City seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting.
