Tiempo Libre at Wharton Center

Known for its seductive Latin rhythms, Tiempo Libre is one of the hottest Latin bands today. The three-time Grammy-nominated Afro-Caribbean music group has performed its tropical music pallet everywhere from concert halls and jazz clubs to festival stages and dance venues. This Friday, the group performs at the Wharton Center’s Cobb Great Hall.  

 Since the group’s formation in Miami in 2001, the members have shared their Afro-Caribbean heritage across the globe while also reinterpreting and reinvigorating music born from the fusion of their musical origins and new-American experience.
