CITY OF LANSING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Chapter 1236 Subdivision Regulations Amendments

The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony Benavides Lansing City Council Chambers, 10th Floor, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan to consider an ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan to amend the Lansing Codified Ordinances by amending Part 12, Title 4, Chapter 1236, Sections 1236.02, 1236.03, and 1236.07 to correct internal references and clarify lot size requirements for residentially zoned lots.
