CITY OF LANSING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 10th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan to consider an ordinance to amend Chapter 1300 of the City of Lansing codified ordinances, Sections 1300.02, 1300.04, 1300.09, and 1300.11 to update the Ordinance to reflect changes in laws and rules by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency, formerly known as the Marijuana Regulatory Agency, and adding Section 1300.17 to codify the process for tempo-rary marihuana events.
