 Rezoning from “R-3” Suburban Detached Residential 

to “S-C” Suburban Commercial 

The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 10^th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan to consider a request to rezone the property at 512 E. Miller Road from “R-3” Suburban Detached Residential to “S-C” Suburban Commercial. The purpose of the rezoning is to combine the subject property with the commercial property to its east to create a larger site for the construction of a gasoline station.
