MONDAY, June 8 — Two longtime leaders of Lansing’s African American community are concerned about race relations here, particularly in the Police Department and the Mayor’s Office. Drs. Maxine Hankins Cain and her husband, Eugene Cain, who are both prominent educators, spoke to City Pulse’s Berl Schwartz via Zoom.
