Notice of Application

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m., in the Meridian Township Municipal Building, Town Hall Room, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, to hear all persons interested in a request from Work of Christ Community to add the property at 1502 River Terrace Drive, Okemos, MI 48864 to their current location and construct religious offices. The approximately 0.45-acre parcel is zoned RA – Single-Family Residential.

Information may be examined at the Department of Community Planning and Development, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Written comments may be sent prior to the Planning Commission, Charter Township of Meridian, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan, 48864, or by email to shorkey@meridian.mi.us, or at the public hearing.
